Becoming a Patient

The majority of people who contact our office about becoming a patient are calling for one of two reasons.  The first is a dental issue that needs immediate attention.  The doctors will see this person for an emergency exam to diagnose the problem and will give the treatment options to resolve the current issue. 

The second reason is to establish dental care through a comprehensive exam and digital x-rays.  This is a thorough evaluation with the doctors that includes the recording of dental and medical history, oral cancer screening along with charting of the teeth and the current conditions of the mouth.  The doctors develop a treatment plan with the patient which is reviewed during that appointment.  A dental cleaning with one of our hygienists may occur as part of the new patient visit, depending upon the oral health of the patient and schedule availability.
